The software design was based on DNA or Distributed interNetwork Architecture, a programming model developed by Microsoft.
The ODIS is basically comprised of three tiers. One serves as the database for storage of free Oklahoma criminal records. Another is a compiled application components used to handle the business logic and the presentation layer which serves as the display screen once the user accesses the free Oklahoma criminal records.
